Visiting this ice cream shop was a deeply disappointing experience. The ice creams I tried were simply horrible: flavorless, with an unpleasant texture and far from any quality standard. To make matters worse, the servers didn't seem to have the slightest technique for serving the ice cream, which, even in the medium size, was smaller than the small one in other ice cream shops like Borelli, Happy Harrys and Saborella. In addition to the pistachio, which was completely tasteless (I later saw a customer complaining that the pistachio ice cream “had no pistachio flavor”), I also tried the Cremino flavor and another, the award-winning one. Unfortunately, none of them pleased. The Cremino was unpleasant, and the award-winning one, which should have been the highlight of the house, didn't taste like anything other than honey. I was totally frustrated and regretted not having gone to Borelli, Saborella or Happy Harrys, where quality is guaranteed. The store looks rundown, and the employees are unprepared. The feeling I had was that the ice cream shop is in decline, both in terms of service and product quality. I definitely don't recommend it and I won't be returning.
