I've been going there for decades because their donuts are fabulous but the last time I went there I ordered my donuts and didn't check the quality of them before I left the shop. When I got home and pulled the donuts out my apple fritter was hollow inside and squashed flat to about 1/2 in thick. I took it back, showed it to them and asked if I could have a replacement. They flatly refused and asked if I wanted to purchase a new one. When I told him no that I thought he should stand behind his products and give me a replacement free he ignored me and turned to another customer to take their order. I will never buy anything from them again. I now go to Krispy donuts and they are actually better than Crest donuts. Price per person: $1–10
