Today was the 4th time of me having breakfast at the Crimson. Food is great and it’s always lovely to see Sarah there. Her jovial personality adds so much more to the breakfast experience. I look forward to eating at Crimson and seeing her again. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Good experience here, excellent service, was relatively packed. We got the fries & pizza. The fries were chef’s kiss. Good food. Good vibes & even great views. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service is appallingly slow and the staff are so inefficient. Up to seven staff standing around whilst food sits on the counter getting cold. Three staff in the kitchen and one was standing there with arms folded chewing on a toothpick for 15 minutes. Waited over 45 min from ordering and had to ask the server for an update. When the food arrived it was cold and the broccoli side was not bbq charred as described. Food was taken back to then take more time. When the food did arrive it was the same plates missing the salsa for the carnitas. Unfortunately, the food was still cold, the broccoli side was wilted and did not look fresh. We spoke with the manager and they didn’t charge us for the meal. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
