Good day, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct of one of your staff members. Unfortunately, I did not obtain her name, but I do have a photo and would be able to identify her in-store if required. I have experienced repeated instances of rude and unprofessional behaviour from this individual, and the most recent incident was particularly concerning. Today, I waited over 45 minutes for my order. When it was finally ready, the staff member attempted to give it to another customer who had arrived after me. When I questioned her actions, she immediately accused me of shouting at her, which was not the case. Despite calmly explaining myself, she continued to insist that I was being aggressive and went as far as instructing me on how I should speak to her. I found this highly inappropriate, especially as it happened in front of other customers. The situation left me feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and unfairly judged. What is most concerning is that this is not an isolated incident. Her attitude toward me has consistently been unwelcoming, dismissive, and lacking basic customer service standards. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. This experience fell far below acceptable standards and reflects poorly on your establishment. I am willing to come into the store to identify the staff member if necessary. I would appreciate it if this matter could be taken seriously, investigated, and that I receive feedback on the outcome.
