This was the worst quality of crumbl I have ever had and I've been to many different locations. I'm new to this area and decided to try this weeks cookies. My French toast had no butter cream on it, the pop tart icing didn't reach the edges, nothing was served chilled or hot and everything was over cooked and dry. If this is how Bloomington crumbl serves quality, I will not order from here again

I was really excited to try Crumble for the first time, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I took a bite of the peanut butter puppy chow cookie and found a thick black hair stuck in it. This was very off-putting and made me question their quality control. I hope they improve their standards because this definitely ruined my first impression.
