Warm cookies are never warm. Ordered cookies on DoorDash for thin Thursday. The cookies have gotten smaller with each week from the FIRST time they were debuted as the Martha Stewart collection. Not to mention someone was heavy handed with the sea salt. These are the worst thin Thursday cookies thus far at THIS location.

If I could give this location a 0 I definitely would. Today I was sent a Valentines Day box of BURNT strawberry cakes from a loved one. (See pictures attached) I immediately called the Spring location and spoke to someone name "Rosa". I explained to her that my cakes are burnt and hard. She immediately became defensive and said "well they don't have to look exactly like the pictures on the website " I told her that I don't expect them too, however these a burnt. She began to get rude and eventually hung up on me. I went up to the spring location with the BURNT cakes in hand. The franchise owner agreed they are burnt. When I asked for "Rosa" he said that he doesn't have anyone working with that name. The employees at this location are RUDE AND GIVE OUT FAKE NAMES TO PROTECT THEIR IDENTITY. The customer service at this location is horrible. Please do yourself a favor and go to the Woodlands location instead.

This location has quick service and great cookies. Wish they were open on Sundays but that speaks more to their quality offerings than anything else. This is my crumble store and I look forward to all the cookie goodness to come!!
