Between the store, the app, door dash this was the worst order experience I’ve ever had. First, don’t have people order through the app when your business isn’t the one delivering it, I’ve been on the phone with door dash for over an hour trying to cancel this order, instead the guy cancelled other orders instead, when I called your store last night to figure it out the guy said all he could do is refund but it will still be delivered cause that’s someone else. Like what?(fun fact, my other order for a different state was cancelled instead by door dash and when I called their store they took care of everything themselves including calling door dash, not have me do it myself cause you know why? They had the info they needed, I do not. Take note Maple Grove, shout out to Brittany at the Bismarck, ND store cause she is amazing. All I wanted to do was change the time, that’s it and I was told no, I had to call someone else, cancel, wait for refund and then reorder. Second, put a cancel order option on your app so WE can cancel or change our order (the employee at the store, I talked to kept telling me to cancel it on the website, yeah if I could I would) Third, train your employees looking at the reviews the in store experience isn’t much better. This was my first experience and definitely my last. Between 14 hours, I’ve been on the phone for over an hour and a half dealing with this, in the end all my orders were cancelled and no one received anything. Thanks for nothing
