Terrible customer service. One of the employees was extremely rude, disrespectful, and clearly lacks basic customer service skills. As someone who regularly purchases Crumbl Cookies for clients through my work, I was very disappointed by the way I was treated at this location. I frequently visit the Bellevue location, and the difference is night and day. The Bellevue staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, while this experience was completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this store and will continue taking my business elsewhere.

Crumble has delicious cookies. I tried the apple pie cookie and it was top tier. The cooke was soft, moist, right amount frosting and crumble topping to cookie. I did pick up and it was an easy and pleasant experience. I went to the crumble in Lynnwood.

Horrible, I repeat horrible experience at my local Crumbl tonight (6/16/2026) I placed an order at 9:15pm pick up between 9:30-10pm for whatever reason the order was not showing up in my order history but my card was changed and I received a notification. I went to the store and they didn’t have anything, they tried giving me a DoorDash with a name similar to mine but that wasn’t my order. They didn’t offer any solutions and never gave me an apology for the inconvenience, error, and my card being charged and I received nothing????
