This Crumbl location has consistently been the most disappointing one I’ve visited. My company regularly purchases cookies for clients throughout the week, and because this store is close to our office, we’ve spent a significant amount of money here for marketing and client appreciation purposes. In the tens of thousands. Unfortunately, this location is constantly low on stock and struggles to fulfill even moderate-sized orders. On my most recent visit, after waiting nearly 30 minutes, I was finally told they could only provide 24 mini cookies. For a business that specializes in cookies, that level of inventory shortage is difficult to understand. The biggest issue, however, is the wait time and overall service efficiency. I ended up waiting around 45 minutes just to receive a fraction of my order. If this had only happened once, it would be understandable, but this has been a consistent experience over numerous visits. Compared to other Crumbl locations, this store appears to be significantly understaffed and unable to keep up with demand. I hope management addresses the staffing and inventory issues because the repeated delays and lack of product availability make this location very difficult to rely on.

I ordered a mini three pack to be delivered and when it arrived it was completely wrong. None of the cookies were what I ordered. Completed to survey on the app with a picture for proof. Called the store hoping to get a refund or something and while the employee was very polite, I was informed a manager wasn’t in so I couldn’t be refunded. This seems a bit unprofessional to not have anyone in the store to handle these situations. It’s Saturday, they are closed Sundays which means it’ll be Monday before it’s refunded. If I’m refunded I’ll adjust my review. I also won’t get to try the flavors this week that I wanted, but at the end of the day it isn’t the end of the world.
