Absolutely disappointed with the experience at Crust Pizza. The manager’s behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional, which completely ruined the atmosphere. On top of that, the food quality was terrible — the pizza was tasteless and not fresh at all. Definitely not worth the money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wouldn't write this review if this wasn't a recurrent issue, but 1.5-2 hours for pizza delivery is absolutely unacceptable. They have no way to track delivery (pretty sure we're living in the 21st century, no?), and I'm sure some poor front-of-house person (who is not at fault) has fielded many calls like mine asking where on earth the food is. I'm sure someone is making a lot of money whilst their workers get abused because they're not investing in paying for more drivers or better tracking technology at least to make wait times more transparent. Hire more bloody staff on at least the weekends ffs. Not sure willing to give 4th/5th/6th chances etc. Uber is quicker. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered from the Belmore store on New Year’s Day and paid the 15% public holiday surcharge. At the scheduled pickup time, we received a call advising that one of our selections was unavailable. We were told the other pizzas were already ready, which raised concerns that a last-minute replacement would be rushed and arrive cold. We were assured this wouldn’t be an issue. unfortunately, it was. The pizzas were cold, the toppings were sparse, and the sauce was minimal. For the price paid, the quality was very disappointing — to the point where a basic supermarket frozen pizza would have been better value! Try harder Crust Pizza Belmore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
