Absolute garbage. Been ordering from Crust pizza for over 15 years and tonight’s order will be the last. Noticed a steady decline in quality over the years but they’ve reached a new low they won’t come back from. Vietnamese chili chicken used to come looking colourful, fragrant, tasty. Red chilis, fresh green coriander, creamy herbal sauce and chunky pieces of chicken. Tonight, barely any toppings. Cold and stale. Red chilli replaced by dried chili flakes, coriander burnt to a crisp. Sauce is bland, chicken is dry and scarce. Lacks flavour overall. Would have been better off eating a cardboard cutout of a pizza than pay $35 for a piece of crap in a box. Prefer dominos at this point. Never again Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had an amazing experience at Crust Pizza Panania! The pizza was freshly made, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour — quality ingredients with a crust that was crispy outside and soft inside. What made it even better was Musa, the manager, who personally baked a pizza for me. That level of care and dedication really shows how much pride he takes in his work. The service was friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for great pizza and outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
