Used to buy and enjoy Crust pizza ten or so years ago and decided to try again tonight. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. We received a soggy gross creation, covered with masses of cheese on a flat bread base. To be completely clear, the base is not a pizza base, and has no rise or chew - it’s a crispy thin bit of flatbread. The toppings were ok, but barely cooked, although the cheese was melted. It’s by far the worst take away pizza I’ve ever tried, including pizzas from Pizza Hut and Dominos. Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 2

After receiving your review, firstly Im sorry to hear and most important I’m keen to work out what went wrong with your order because we rarely receive reviews like this and majority of our customers are more than satisfied with our pizza quality. I am the owner of the store and would have been when you purchased your pizza 10 years ago or so and our processes have not changed. I’d really appreciate if you can email me direct at mountlawley@crust.com.au with your details so I can identify the exact order and work out what went wrong and continue to train my team to be better. I hope you can email me personally and I’d be happy to personally make up up a pizza myself for you because I’m sorry you had a bad experience and can assure you quality is every bit as good as it was 10 years ago.

The Spaghetti Bolognese was THE WORST I have had in my life..sauce not properly cooked..if you can call it a sauce..bits of uncooked tinned tomatoes in it..no onion ..no garlic ..no olive oil.. no herbs..no flavour at all..i mean NOTHING!..huge uneven chunks of ham thrown in..that is meant to be bacon.. whoever put this together clearly has zero cooking experience.. absolutely disgusting..I put in the rubbish bin ..I wouldn't eat there if it's the last place earth..you've been warned , purchased at Mt Lawley Food: 1
