All they play is Hispanic music. English only speaking people are there and always complaining about no good English speaking songs only old stuff. Maybe Juneteenth they will play something else but they probably don't even know it's Juneteenth this weekend. I will be back for a pt 2 after this weekend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Easily 5 stars across the board. Our bartender Wendy was amazing! By far the best and most fun bar service I’ve had in a long time (and trust me, I’ve been to a ton of bars..) Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have never encountered such poor customer service in my 26 years. After a long flight for a business trip, I visited the Crystal Lounge, expecting a luxury experience, but was disappointed by the service I received. The bartender, Max, was particularly unprofessional during my visit around 5 pm on a Wednesday. Upon ordering a drink, he immediately demanded my card in a rude manner. Additionally, he served me a different drink than what I ordered. When I expressed my intention to return it, he responded with inappropriate language and questioned whether I was there to drink for free. I was shocked by the level of service at this establishment and cannot recommend visiting the bar. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
