CAFE AND DINER CUE is an excellent B. Located almost beside Shinzaike Station, it captures the essence of an American diner more effectively than an ordinary café. The centrepiece is the hamburger: cheese burgers, bacon cheese burgers, Hawaiian cheese burgers, chicken fingers and fries. This is not light café food; it is a substantial meal built around meat, cheese, sauce and potato. The food is substantial, not a single-minded craft burger like those found in specialist shops, but a hearty diner burger that will leave you feeling satisfied. Service is practical, reservations are possible, and the location is convenient. It's a place to go in, eat, and experience the atmosphere rather than being served with ceremony. The atmosphere is the best part, especially at lunchtime. At night, it may lean more towards bar and diner use, but during the day, the balance feels better. For me, it's slightly heavy; meat and oil are at the centre. It's a Shinzaike diner that adds substance to the day, not a place to reset the body, but rather to make lunch more substantial and colourful. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I've been to hundreds of diners and burger restaurants around America and "Cue!" Has offered me significantly higher quality burgers and other food compared to everything else I've had in the US. The owner took the vision of a classic American atmosphere with a variety of foods and improved upon it in every way. The burgers are immaculate here, I can't find myself able to stop ordering them. The salads, pizzas, and seasonal items are also presented well, and are equally delicious. My family and I are newer to Japan and we were given an everlasting experience of what real high quality food & service can be. Mione, the owner, has served us with the utmost friendliness, kindness, and has never been shy to offer us a new recommendation to try. She is also very fluent in English for all you non-japanese speaking people! The rest of the staff is also very attentive and friendly toward me, I couldn't be paid to say anything negative about this place. This is my go-to restaurant for a burger definitely.
