My wife and I visited the Culver's drive thru on a Saturday, while on a trip to Appleton, during the busy lunch hour. The drive thru exits into the middle of an entrance to a busy shopping center, which was controlled by a stoplight. Getting out of the drive thru was very difficult and felt to be very unsafe. When our food was delivered I knew it was the wrong order immediately, by size of the bag and the number of items in the bag. I brought this to the attention of the attendant, which had a dumbfounded look on there face, and replied "OH" and took the bag back out of the car. After a little time they brought back the correct order, which did not include napkins. The food we received, was okay, at best. We eat at many different Culver's regularly, and this was not one of Culver's shiniest moments. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

You could clearly see employees just standing around while a lone was forming out the door. They only had one person on the register taking multiple employe orders. I spoke to the manager who seemed like this wasn't a urgent matter and was not concerned that only one employee was on reg with a long line starting to form. Thankfully she did eventually find someone to help out before people got crabby about ridiculous wait times Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
