Every time I come here, something is almost certain to be wrong. Whether it’s as simple as a chicken tender meal, a missing fry, or a totally messed up hamburger.. coming here excited to eat a decent quick meal has turned to nothing but back to back disappointment. Examples for how they’ve messed up: I’ve ordered a chicken tender meal, received one less tender than expected as well with cold fries. The next time, I ordered just two fries, only got one. This time I came out that caused me to draw the line was two completely messed up hamburgers. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and got no bacon or cheese, the other burger I ordered was all the way without onion and received onion on that burger. Quite disappointing to say the least. Prices are quite high nowadays to just be wasting money at a store who can’t even get the most basic of orders correct. Either get something without any mods and hope for the best, or find another Culver’s or burger restaurant that won’t fumble the bag with even the slightest requests.
