Just got food through the drive through. Got home (30 mins away) and we were missing a burger. When we called, they said there’s nothing they will do unless we drive back up there. They said we could get a “value basket” if we told them next time about our experience. Unfortunately there won’t be a next time Service: 1

We loved Culvers in Orlando, FL. When we moved to Kansas, there wasn't one. Today we found one in Derby, KS. An employee told me this one opened in Dec 2025. Lunch was EVERYTHING I remembered their Fried Cod to be. Perfection! I will DEFINITELY make that 30 miles one way trip to dine there again. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

would not recommend culver’s curbside pickup made an order for 7:15, i had to call them and ask for my food to be finally be brought out at 7:36 flat soda, soggy old fries, soggy burgers, bags ripping apart from steam, proof it was all just sitting there and no one wanted to do their job and bring the food out for 25min oh and missing a drink, somehow no one saw a missing drink for 25+min lol but hey, they gave me a paper that says sorry! lol 60$ order. Food: 2 Service: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner
