I love the workers here. Both night shift and day shift. Kiri, Jeff, Vanessa, Ryan, Kaitlyn, Andy! All of them! They really rock it out and make my experience one of a kind each time I come in! Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Extremely concerning experience at Culver’s. We ordered 4 kids meals and every single meal was prepared wrong. The fries, onion rings, and burgers were absolutely covered in salt to the point it looked intentionally dumped on the food. The toppings and customizations were also completely wrong in ways that did not appear accidental. The drinks were also abnormal. All were ordered without ice, yet there was a separated clear liquid layer in the root beer and the drinks tasted off. Multiple people who drank the soda became sick afterward. Management and Culver’s corporate have been made aware and asked to review surveillance footage from the grill, prep, drink, and handoff areas because the condition of the order raised serious concerns about possible food tampering. Use caution eating here. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I drove thru to grab lunch for my granddaughters and myself. I ordered a bacon blue salad, a chicken nugget kids meal and two medium fries. When we got home we were missing the two fries. I called the restaurant and told them what happened and was told and I quote "whoopsie, we forgot to bring them out, they are right here." I told them I would not be driving back to the restaurant as my granddaughters( who are toddlers) were already upset and putting them in the car again would make it worse. They asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I said yes and told the manager what happened. No apology, just we will send you a gift card. I said that would be fine and gave him my information. Almost three weeks later we received nothing. I stopped back into the restaurant in mid afternoon, not a busy time, asked to speak to the manager, he came out and I told him the story again. All he said was "oh I emailed it to you." I informed him I never gave him my email to which he just handed me two dollar off a value meal cards and an ice cream cone card and just said "here". No apology, it didn't even cover the cost of the fries I did not recieve. We love the food at your restaurant and enjoy eating there, but after this experience I'm not sure we will be back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
