I was very disappointed with my visit tonight, the food came out terrible. It was not worth our time to have the order remade, as the drive-thru was packed and the line inside also had several people. I can understand mistakes being made with several orders, but everything was wrong & the food was poorly packed and ended up all over the bag. The one thing that severely disappointed me however was the person running the food orders out. He was swearing and saying completely inappropriate things. I understand rush hour is probably really frustrating, but I had children in the car that absolutely did not need to hear that. The workers absolutely need to be more mindful of their language in a place packed full of children. Not cool. Also, maybe don’t say rude things about customers in a packed parking lot, it’s pretty deterring and very disrespectful. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I asked for a gluten free bun for my burger due to an allergy. To my surprise, I open my burger (which normally comes in this box) to find the cheese stuck to the box, lettuce under the burger.. Culver’s, let’s ask ourselves one simple question. How would one be able to put this on their bun? With cheese melted to the box? Cmon on $17 for my meal and this is pathetic. Johnson Creek is superior to this location and would go out of my way to avoid this place. $15 at JC with great food, and $17 here for garbage. Didn’t get my mayo, no utensils to put my burger together. Asked for fries extra crispy and got barely cooked fries. Avoid this place at all cost. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
