The guy at the counter was awesome. I'm 44 and never had Culver's. It's really good. And I hate krinkle cut fries, but these are really good. And the fried cheese curds. Delicious. But kudos to the staff. They rocked on Saturday night! And the concrete mixer. Wow. Thumbs up from this gal! Price per person: $10–20 Dietary restrictions: I asked for no onion due to allergy And they gladly accommodated.

Disappointed. Asked for onions amd this is what we got. Been going to Culvers for years but the last few times they take forever and get orders wrong. Maybe stop hiring teens.. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

If you want to sit down and enjoy your food inside you will have the unfortunate run in with the cashier, justin. This is my local Culver’s. I came in a couple weeks ago for dinner. This was my first encounter with him. As I’m ordering my basket meal he interrupts me and shouts “I need to know what you want on the burger!”. He could have just said it but whatever, I tell him I want all the toppings. He again is yelling and at this point he points to the menu above at the toppings for burgers. This is not rocket science, anyway I just tell him the exact toppings. My friend orders his food and the cashier acts like he can’t hear him. My friend had to repeat himself twice and it wasn’t even loud in the restaurant. At the end of him taking our order I say “you need to work on your customer service.” And he just gave me a look. Fast forward to last night. My friend and I go in to order. As I’m telling justin, the cashier, my order he has to correct me in a mocking tone. He then continues to tell me how I should be ordering. I don’t argue back I just say “great, that’s exactly what I wanted.” He was again rude to my friend as well. I don’t understand why this guy is front facing customers when he is not at all personable nor friendly or upbeat. It’s a real shame because the food is very good but I would not recommend this location. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
