I stopped and got a small concrete mixer caramel flavor. When the lady handed it to me it had a large amount of ice-cream running down the side which covered my hand. She new it was a mess because I saw her wipe her hand after she touched it. I had to tell her to give me napkins to clean it and myself. Come on Culvers, do better on your service. I will add that it was delicious. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I'm not coming here to complain about the food, but I am here to talk about their service. I placed an order on doordash a little after 10 and thought everything was fine. I then get a call telling me that they stop making something they're known for (concrete mixers) after 10. I'm just trying to figure out when this started being a thing and when are they going to tell their customers this is the new rules. So that in the future I dont order for a mixer and get an unpleasant surprise. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Hello, I’m reaching out regarding a recent experience at one of your Culver’s locations that my family and I have visited regularly for a year or so now. Up until a couple months ago, this was actually our favorite place to eat. Recently, however, both service and food quality have noticeably declined. During our last visit, we were ignored at the counter by an employee named Kim, who repeatedly turned her back while we were trying to order and did not appear interested in assisting us. A young lady from the kitchen came and took our order instead. Additionally, the food did not meet the standard we’ve come to expect. My beef pot roast sandwich had very little meat, and my wife’s sandwich was overcooked. Despite this, we were asked to complete a satisfaction survey, which felt out of place given the experience. I’ve also heard that this location may be under new management, which could explain the change. I actually called a couple of days ago trying to follow up and was told there wasn’t a corporate number available, so I’m hoping this message reaches the right people. This has been a go-to spot for my family, and it’s disappointing to see the decline. I hope this feedback can help bring the location back to the standard we’re used to.
