This review is for multiple orders over a few months. Every other Culver’s I’ve been to delivers orders that are just frozen custard at the drive through window. This location has the customer pull to a waiting spot like a food order. The wait times at this location is approximately double other locations for both food and only custard orders. After those long waits, my most recent custard order arrived mostly melted indicating they had prepared it several minutes before it arrived at my car. I rarely send back food, but I had to on that order. This has happened repeatedly at this location. At first I thought it was growing pains for a new location. After a few months open they are still doing it, indicating to me a management team that is trying a different than normal method. I’m here to report it’s not working well. I’m planning to order from the slightly farther away Vicksburg/Hwy 55 location as this Culver’s leaves upset with what I receive Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

This is an amazing Culver’s location! I just visited here for the first time since it opened and the service was absolutely phenomenal. The workers were so kind and patient, and they 100% cared about the satisfaction and comfort of their customers. I am so glad that this location was added, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. Excited to stop by in the future!
