Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The manager literally grabbed a receipt out of my hand instead of simply asking for it. That kind of behavior is rude, aggressive, and completely inappropriate for someone who is supposed to be representing the business. There is a huge difference between managing a situation and putting your hands on a customer’s belongings because you can’t be bothered to communicate respectfully. A manager should be setting the standard for professionalism, not demonstrating the exact opposite. I have never had a manager treat me this disrespectfully over something as simple as a receipt. If this is how customers are treated when management is involved, Culver’s seriously needs to take a hard look at its customer-service standards. The food may be good, but no meal is worth being treated like that. Absolutely embarrassing behavior from someone in a management position.

I ordered one ice cream in the drive through and waited for it 25 minutes. I went in and asked for it myself. 4 employees were standing in a circle doing absolutely nothing. The ice cream was handed to me half melted with the attitude as if I stole their dinner. No apology, no attempt to make it better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They forget something every other time we order here! They just forgot two cheese sauces today.. at least it wasn't full on sandwiches this time. It's tough because we love the food and the staff is really nice but the consistency with which they forget part of our order is astoundingly bad. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
