This is a great place to eat! The staff was very friendly and considerate. A shout-out to Patty, the manager on staff! There was a slight delay in our order and she offered us each a small custard while we wait. She also came to our table a little later to make sure all was good. This is customer service at it's finest! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This location has just gotten progressively worse. Don’t even try to go on a Friday night unless you want to wait 20 minutes for a wrong order. The food doesn’t taste fresh anymore. Skip this location and go to one of the others. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly, you should stop bringing out kids ice cream 10 minutes before food. I’ve gone through the drive thru twice in the last month and this happens. Did a carry out order and was handed ice cream while we waited literally 15 minutes for a kids meal. The ice cream melts before we even get food. It’s always a liquid mess when we get home. I’ve been to many Culver’s locations all over the USA and they literally make the ice cream and set it in the freezer area behind the counter until the complete order is ready. Please start utilizing that. The one thing we like about Culver’s is how the ice cream is thick and doesn’t melt quickly. So it’s kind of ridiculous to even be at the point where I have to make a review at all. I know I can’t be the only one annoyed by this. For the love of God and all things holy, stop.
