The Issues: Hygiene Concern: Right at the start, the employee helping us dropped a cup on the floor. I actually had to ask him if he was going to throw it away before he finally put it in the trash. I believe his intent was to give it to us or use it for the next guest. Order Mistakes: When our food arrived, it was incorrect. Instead of offering a quick fix, I was asked if I wanted the whole thing recooked. I just needed the piece of cheese they forgot to put on it. Missing fish: We were told the fryer was broke but they would bring out the cod fish dinner for someone in our party as soon as it was ready. It never showed up. When I noticed the delay, I asked the employee about the missing fish. Instead of checking right away, he told me, "When I get done wiping all of these tables down, I'll go and check on it for you." Unwilling to wait for him to finish chores while our food sat missing, I told him never mind and went straight to the counter. The manager was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly nice, listened to the issue, immediately got us the missing piece of cod, and even gave us a complimentary soft-serve custard to apologize. The manager is clearly trying his hardest and handles customer service beautifully, but he is being severely failed by the rudeness and carelessness of one of his team members. I appreciate his effort to make things right! Hats off to you Mr. Manager! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Absolutely love this place! The food is amazing and there is a VERY nice and wonderful guy who brings food out to the cars waiting on food from drive thru! I believe his name is Nathaniel! He always makes me smile when he brings my food out! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I stopped by Culver’s in Rogers, Arkansas recently, and honestly, it was such a great experience. The staff was super friendly right from the start, genuinely nice and not just going through the motions. My food came out fresh and hot, and the ButterBurger is amazing, juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The fries were perfectly crispy, and of course I couldn’t leave without trying some frozen custard, which was delicious as always. The whole place was really clean and had a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The staff, including Aurora, was fantastic and really made the visit even better. It just felt like one of those spots where everything is done right. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m in the area. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
