This is one of the best Culver’s I have ever been to. The staff handled the rush with aplomb. They helped make sure my order was accurate and my bacon deluxe was delicious. Highly recommend. Ordered our food online before arriving. A burger and chicken tenders both with mashed potatoes. That's all. Sat in the designated pickup spot and clicked"I'm here" in the application. Waited almost 15 minutes before walking inside to see if my order was ready and saw it sitting on the counter for 10 minutes per the receipt. Then when I got in the car to eat the burger it didn't have any bacon and only a couple of the toppings that were ordered. The receipt had everything correct but the burger was wrong. This is far from the type of service I normally receive from any other Culver's. Needless to say I won't be revisiting the one in Rothschild anytime soon. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1

I went to culvers and ordered a gluten free triple butterburger deluxe. When they brought it out I asked the employee to wait as I checked it and told him it wasn't gluten-free, I have to have it gluten-free. He told me he'd be right back and went inside (I was quite busy and had an appointment I needed to get too but waited since I figured they were going to make me a new burger with a gluten-free bun since I am allergic and thats what i ordered) but thats not what they did. They were inside for about as long as it would take to make another burger but then proceeded to come back out with nothing more than a gluten-free bun and said "have a good day" disregarding the fact that I can't even eat the burger now because of how cross contaminated it is. Since they didn't seem like they cared that they messed the order up and since they didn't seem to care that it was cross contaminated I just left with nothing more than a Gluten-free bun I could eat. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
