Our first time at a Culver's drive thru, not a fan. Order was fine and so was the staff, just don't like moving my car to make room for the customer behind me multiple times. To me it needs a tweak, until then, we'll eat inside. Thanks for the great food! Food: 5 Service: 5

A fight for a kids custard!!! Why is it so hard to get the free kids custard? They say younhad to ask for it. Wait it comes qith the meal but you have to request it? And since I did notnrequest it I have to cut out a token from the bag and take it down there to get free custard for my child. Why cant you just ask what type of custard your customer wants wheb they order since it comes with the kids meal. I cant believe they make it so hard. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $1–10

I had a very simple take out order that they were supposed to bring to my car. It was all confirmed for them to bring the order to my car at 12:15pm. The order was family fries and a Dr Pepper. Easy peasy! At 12:25 no one has delivered this to me. I go into Culver’s and give the employee my name. She walks over to the pick up order area and brings it to me. It’s sitting in there for who knows how long. I ask why this hasn’t been brought out to my car? The employee responds “ we’re really busy”. Unbelievable! No apology, just “we’re really busy”! I can only imagine how long my meal would have sat there before I went in to get it!!!The fries were cold and a bit soggy. The ice in my drink was mostly melted. I spoke to a manager, he was very polite, but there really is no excuse for them to not pay attention to these orders that are set to be delivered to our cars. The manager gave me a couple of free meal coupons and dessert coupons, but I was not feeling well, had a very hoarse voice, which is why ordered the way I did, and I still had to go in and pick up my order. Mind you the employee was quite rude. No apology and it was obvious she didn’t give a damn. Very sad service!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1
