Order taker assumed what I wanted and entered order before I explained it. Wanted a single burger, a double was entered. Didn't want cheese, order was entered as a cheese burger. Wanted grilled onions, order was entered as raw onions. Not good... Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My husband and I just returned home from lunch at your Culver’s in Viroqua. I brought a printout of my birthday email, awarding me a free Culver’s Sunday, per the instructions on the email. When I proceeded to the counter after lunch to get my Sunday, I was told by a young man who identified himself as the manager, that they would not accept the copy, as it needed to be shown on one’s phone. Neither my husband nor I have smartphones, and this has never been the policy previously, my husband’s birthday being this past August. I stated to the manager that this was not indicated on the email and he stated that it was a regulation of this specific Culver’s, due to people reusing their coupon. Let me add here that I am a 71 year old woman. He said that I still had two days to come back, but I explained that I lived 15 miles out of town and had no plans to return within the next two days. We had come to town to run our errands prior to upcoming weather concerns and would not be driving in again just to get a Sunday. Still, your manager would not honor my coupon, despite the fact that I had followed the instructions as stated on the email. Let me say that I left with a very bad taste in my mouth for the level of customer service I was shown. It would have been so easy to keep a regular customer happy by just honoring my coupon and giving me a scoop of ice cream. Thus my one star rating for very poor customer service and your manager’s unwillingness to assist me in any way on this matter. Meal type: Lunch
