Terrible experience tonight. First thing you smell when you walk in is reminiscent of cat food. Had a birthday coupon for a single scoop with 2 toppingsthey didn’t know how to apply the coupon so they gave me a kiddie size instead (smaller). Got one of our scoops totally wrong, forgot a spoon, and not great customer service. The employees all seemed very casual and not committed to customer satisfaction. The whole dining area was filthy. There was not a single table that was wiped off and clean. Would not recommend this location at all. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went for some concretes, they didn't come out as we expected so I went in and spoke to who I assume is the manager, because he knew what he was going and was just great. His communication skills were impressive. They remade the concretes and they were SO good! We all left happy!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My husband and I went to this Culver’s location tonight, we were very displeased with the service we received and our incorrect orders and the atmosphere of the establishment. We ordered the strawberry filled salad with no blue cheese and a watermelon smoothie and my husband got a chicken sandwich with just cheese on it and what we received back was, The strawberry filled salad with blue cheese and a crispy chicken patty just slammed right on top of it, not cut up, a plain chicken sandwich with no cheese, and a lemon frozen cooler with chocolate chunks in it, which means they’re not washing their machines in between making slushy’s and smoothies. We went back in to get our order corrected and they left my husband‘s fries on the tray and they were cold by the time we went to get them and, then they managed to give us another salad, but it was the completely wrong salad with the same huge crispy chicken breast just slammed right on top, the cucumbers were almost see-through they were disgusting, I didn’t even manage to eat all my salad. I wish we would’ve asked for a refund because we will never go back there. Morgan is an awful manager and needs to learn how to run a team before he runs an establishment. Bunch of kids working and not trained. Learn how to train or get a new job! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
