I've been a loyal customer to the Juls cafe since it opened. The conversion to Cup Pow has been disappointing. The service is poor, the servers are dirty, unkept, super long fingernails, dirty hair...it's stomach turning to get food from here any more. I have currently been here for 12 minutes & counting waiting for 2 smoothies. The server had to get the manager to figure the total because the iPad is out of battery. The server is currently holding straws in the same hand as the phone up to his ear. There is now way this is sanitary. I don't know what happened to the cafe, but this is a huge disappointment. I've been disappointed every time I've been to Cup Pow. I will not be returning.
