Hi Stephanie! Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and thorough review. We love word-of-mouth and very much appreciate all of your kind feedback! You are correct, we puree real strawberries and add that into all of our strawberry batters and buttercreams (including the Vegan frosting). We store the Vegan/GF cupcakes in a sealed dome on top of the case (the GF brownies and cookies are wrapped). However, we are not an entirely GF bakery, as there is gluten flour on the premises. We do everything in our ability to limit chances for cross-contamination. Next time you visit, be sure to use the complimentary curbside parking spots directly in front of the Shoppe! The sign is marked as a "loading" zone by the city and your business at our establishment counts as just that! Than you again and we hope to see you back soon!
