The star of the show was the ribs, fantastic flavours. Plenty of sauce. The Ox Bone Burger didn't quite hit my high expectations. It was cooked perfectly and the juices were pouring out. I just felt the meats lacked seasoning. I also like some light dressing in a burger too. I forgot to add pickles which would have helped. Although having to pay an additional 50p for them is a tad cheeky in my opinion. The v-cut fries were crisp and hot but mainly just a gimmick and nothing special. The guy serving wasn't the most welcoming of faces but did provide great service and was pleasant to talk to. I will likely try the place again in the future because the menu is very inviting.

This is the second time I have had burgers from Cut + Grind and they are the best burgers I have had in a very long time! The burger was perfectly cooked, very juicy and full of flavour. The regular fries were also some of the best I have eaten. We did a takeaway and the food was still at the correct tempurature when we sat down to eat. If you like burgers you really must give Cut + Grind a try, you will not be disapointed. If there is a less than completely positive comment then it is that the restaurant is not the most atmospheric or inviting but the burgers more than make up for that. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20
