Revelation of Kos What a revelation and what a supplement for Kos. This is eating and enjoying on a (Michelin) level. Great location, very professional and attentive service. We have chosen the 8-course (fish) menu. From start to dessert all dishes at a high level. The taste and combinations are well balanced and serving in good speed. Wine arrangement possible. We chose wine from the good wine list. This one might be a little more exciting. Revelation of Kos What a revelation and what an addition for Kos. This is food and enjoyment at (Michelin) level. The food and service was exceptional. We came to Kos for our mams 60th birthday and ate at Cuvée one of the nights. I had the beef tartar to start, my mam and sister started with the scallops both were delicious. We all had the beef fillet for mains which was cooked perfectly for each of us. It was melt in the mouth steak, like butter! The staff were extremely attentive and the service was exceptional! We're already planning on coming back for a second visit on our trip. If you're into fine dining I would highly recommend. As a side note, what we've seen of the hotel the restaurant is based in looks beautiful. What an experience. Specially drove from Kardemena to this restaurant near Kos town. It was well worth the drive. Beautiful location, attractively decorated restaurant. The view of the sea with the sunset is breathtaking. Warm welcome and very nice service. Not too formal. The food was one taste explosion after another, from the appetizer to the dessert. Refined layout of the signs. The flavors of the fresh products are fantastic. It is dining at star level. A must for lunch or dinner for true culinary enthusiasts. The bill was a huge windfall. For a dinner with prosecco beforehand and wine with the courses, you will pay at least twice as much at this level in the Netherlands. If we go back to Kos, we will definitely visit Cuvee restaurant again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50+
