Mistakes happen but it was how it was dealt with that was awful.They had someone off sick and the replacement had been running late so he sent us away for an hour while he finished the people before us. We didn't mind and understood these things happened. We came back and there were now 3 groups waiting to start as no one had emailed or text to say what had happened. The poor guy who was called in as a replacement was having to run 2 rooms at the same time. One of the rooms had not been set up correctly so while he was sorting it out, the second room failed because nothing was being set off on time and they couldn't get any help.He told us it was going to be about another half hour so we said it would ease the pressure on time if our group dropped out. We would have come back a different day but the guy put us on the phone to his boss and owner of the escape room who was extremely rude, tried to harass us into accepting vouchers to come back and when we said we just wanted our money back, he refused saying it was non-refundable.We argued it for about 10 minutes on the phone with him while the other groups had to watch and eventually were promised he would send the refund. He then shouted down the phone at the poor replacement guy for messing up! Why didn't he come down himself? It's his business!Can't say if the rooms are any good but based on how they handled this, I would not go back.

Had a great time with our family (13 and 15 year old children) at Cyantist for our first escape room. The resident tame scientist gave helpful hints from time to time when we looked like we were stuck, which kept things fun and interesting.
