Best banh mi in the area! The crispy pork banh mi, cold ham banh mi, bbq chicken banh mi are the only ones I eat and get but they are always filled with super generous portions, perfect pickled and fresh veg and omg the fresh, flakey bread. Visit 2-3 times a week if I'm in nearby and in my heart, at the top of the list w/ the bakeries in Springvale. A half eaten photo but still gets me salivating Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Crispy Pork, BBQ Chicken

Customer service was disappointing. Two people ordered together, and one of us was waiting at the pickup area the whole time. When the food was ready, the staff did not give it to the person who was already waiting. Instead, they waited until the other person returned and then handed over the banh mi, which had become cold by then. This is the first time I’ve had an experience like this while waiting for food, and unfortunately it left a negative impression. The food may have been good, but the service needs improvement. It is what it is - a straightforward, no-frills Vietnamese bakery in a shopping centre. If you adjust your expectations to that, the food, service, and overall place are perfectly fine. Don't expect a mind-blowing culinary experience, it’s a reliable spot for a quick bite.
