Another wonderful establishment has slipped in a short period of time to the level of a showroom along the highway... My friend and I went to have a snack (we live in this residential complex), the situation was completely banal - there was a hair in the dish, and this became clear right in front of the waiter. Of course, they called the administrator of the establishment - he solemnly assured us that they would very quickly remake the dish with a “surprise”, and it seemed that the issue had been settled, but... dim coffee there are not enough Michelin stars from the sky))) and choreca etiquette passed by... After waiting for the alteration for more than half an hour (the hall was half empty, as usual), they began to gather and asked for the bill, as you might guess - the alteration flaunts in the first position. The question to the waiter - “where is the dish itself?”, caused no less surprise than ours - “they told me they brought it to you”)) well, this happens, and the attempt to resolve the issue is worthy of praise, but the implementation.. .Alas( There is no time for lunch anymore, we asked the waiter: either to remove from the bill the dish that we did not eat or to order it for takeaway, if the dish was still being prepared and the administrator did not bother to redo it. After 5 minutes, our take-out order was brought and we calmly paid the check and left the establishment, but only naive stories end at this moment))) As it turned out, they simply packed us a heated first course... but this, one might say, was “spitted” onto the client’s plate The design of the establishment is fresh, the taste of the dishes is interesting, the staff was polite and efficient (up to a certain point) - but the etiquette of the restaurant business is not about this establishment. Crossing the threshold of a dark coffee - now the voice in my head will echo the word - "route..."
