We've eaten here several times over the years and have ordered their excellent burgers for delivery often. However, the last time we ordered, the burgers came WAY underdone and were borderline inedible. I should have complained but didn't. Then the next time we ate in the restaurant, the service was poor and my steak came underdone (I ordered medium rare and it came VERY rare). I had to send it back but by the time it came everyone else was finished eating, an unpleasant feeling. Since then I've been tempted to return but have been put off by my bad experiences and iffy service. There are plenty of other great burgers to order for delivery, and there are other very nice restaurants to eat at in the vicinity (including 2 in the same compound and one across the road in Neve Neeman) so I'm afraid that Diner may have struck out with only two strikes.
