The food was good but I was grossed out when I witnessed a worker preparing another order while wearing a glove on one hand and no glove on the other hand. When he finished that order I noticed him put tobacco in his mouth then wipe his hands on his jeans. Then he blew his nose and wiped his hands on his jeans. The other worker was touching every surface while wearing gloves and then touching the food. I see him touching my food with those contaminated gloves. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

DJ’s Smoke shack prepared the food for my mother-in-law‘s 100th birthday party celebration. There were 51 attending, and everyone raved about the food. The price was half what I was quoted from Dickies’ Barbecue. We were provided a large container to keep all the food hot until we served it. There was plenty of food for everyone and leftovers to split among families. We had barbecued chicken, pulled pork, three sauces, rolls, baked beans, and macaroni and cheese which tasted just like homemade. I will definitely use this business for parties again.
