We don't go to DeLeons often, but usually like what we get. This was our first visit to this location, but ordered our usual. My husband got the hashbrown breakfast burrito and I got the Lincoln burrito. When they brought them to our table they were labeled and the person pointed out which was which as she sat them down. As I was eating mine I realized there was sausage in it. The lincoln doesn't have sausage and I don't care for sausage. My husband checked his and we realized they had labeled them wrong. We would have just switched, but my husband had doused his with hot sauce. I can't do hot sauce. So he took the burrito back and explained and asked for the correct burrito. The person at the front asked the person in the back and then shook her head and said the person (manager) said "no"... they wouldn't remake it. My husband explained again and asked if he could talk with this person (manager) in the back about it. The person at the front said "she doesn't speak English" So my husband said, in Spanish, "I speak Spanish, I can talk to her"... Suddenly the person at the front went to the back. Eventually she came back with the correct burrito. It was all so weird! Then the burrito they remade didn't taste right and I lost my appetite. It was a really odd experience and the food wasn't as good as usual. The place was also dirty. We won't be back. Would recommend the original location on West O or maybe another one. This one is a mess and terrible customer service. Now seeing reports here of food poisoning. Gross. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
