Fantastic doesn’t begin to describe what I just ate. The Puerto Rican poutine is heavenly and so full of flavor. The doughnuts were soft and flavorful. We ordered a couple vegan ones without realizing, and they were just as delicious as the regular ones. 10/10 we will be back! D’Serve on Main is one of those rare places that feels special the moment you walk through the door. The food is outstanding, but honestly, the owners themselves might be the main attraction. They are incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuine people who have created a space that feels less like a restaurant and more like being invited into their home for an unforgettable meal. Every time we visit, the tasting menu absolutely overwhelms my tastebuds—in the best possible way. Each course is full of creativity, surprise, and heart. You can tell that every dish is prepared with intention and care, and it comes through in every single bite. It’s the kind of dining experience where you’re constantly looking at the person next to you saying, “You have to try this.” The donuts in the morning are NEXT LEVEL. Shannon is a wizard with sweet treats. Each time she unveils a new donut flavor, I get giddy with excitement to try it. I self proclaim myself a sweet treat connoisseur and I can confidently say, Shannon and the D’Serve team has mastered their craft. We recently rented the space for my wife’s birthday party, and it could not have been a better experience. Hosting a big group can sometimes feel chaotic, but the team at D’Serve made it effortless. The family-style service was fantastic, the food just kept coming, and everything was delicious. Add in some fun music, a room full of family and friends, and Andrew’s incredible hospitality, and it honestly felt like the best kind of celebration. That’s really the magic of this place—it feels less like dining out and more like being at a dinner party at Andrew’s house. Warm, lively, full of amazing food, and hosted by people who truly care about creating a memorable experience. If you’re looking for something beyond a typical restaurant meal—something personal, creative, and genuinely heartfelt—D’Serve on Main is a must. This place is a Michelin Star waiting to happen. These folks truly encompass everything our community could want, with the added bonus of being right on Main Street. The owners are not just incredibly creative and talented- they are also warm and kind. I can’t forget to mention their stellar team that makes every visit special. From phenomenal fine dining to delicious whimsical donuts- they somehow do it all, and do it beautifully. Thank you guys for bringing such delicious joy to Flemington!
