We ordered pork fillet with green asparagus because it sounded good, contrary to our maxim of never eating meat at Italian restaurants. What can I say, out of 3 medallions, 2 were totally tough and gristly. When we complained, the waiter didn't react at all and just silently cleared the plates. That was very disappointing and also arrogant and not service oriented at all. We then asked him again about the poor reaction, and he just shrugged his shoulders and said succinctly: "That's just the way it is," and no apology was given. Unbelievable in our eyes, because anyone who has any idea knows that pork fillet is tender!!! By the way, all of this was at an increased price, and we also found the drinks overpriced. Discovered by chance a few years ago, prices have unfortunately risen significantly. Unfortunately not the service. Food was better. Gladly more passion again! Your store and concept deserve it!
