"Excellent quality, exceptional cuisine and very good and friendly service." For its cuisine, service and quality, Da Rocco stands out from the establishments usually found on Via Bafile in Jesolo. The menu and the wine list alone make it clear that it differs positively from the usual standard! We have been there several times now and are convinced by the consistently high quality of the food. Had lunch with my family, clean place but unfortunately very touristy. Driven by the good reviews, I ordered the tuna steak with sesame, but it arrived overcooked. When I pointed this out to the staff, they immediately apologized and offered to redo the dish, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, however, the second round also went badly: three pieces of tuna, this time cooked in three different ways. The first completely raw and freezing inside, the second half cold and half seared, the last overcooked. Out of desperation, I ate half of what I brought, given that my fellow diners had already finished lunch some time ago. Upon the staff's return to our table, I expressed my disappointment at not having received a correct dish, and was responded with a confused "so do you really want it raw?" . I had to explain that I expected a properly cooked steak (seared on the outside and raw on the inside), especially given the price. They took my plate back without adding anything. At least the side vegetables were good. The rest of the family enjoyed their dishes (risotto, tagliolini and cuttlefish).
