Absolute best Paua Pies in Rotorua :) My spouse bought their yummy paua pies from this lovely family-owned bakery. We sent them over to Aitutaki in the Cook Islands lol Even heated up, still so tasty and a real treat for all our whanau on a small island. Will be ordering our paua pies from here only and would highly recommend to anyone looking for some delicious pies in Rotorua! KIA ORA! Kiwi here.. Listen to me when I say this.... My bro... I've been craving a NZ famous Paua Pie for ever and BOY DID THESE GUYS DELIVER!! First of all, the owners here are probably the most lovely and welcoming couple I've ever met..! Incredible hospitality! The vibes were as good as the pies! AND THE PIES ARE AMAZING! I've been munching pies since I was a lil takker.. These pies are straight up HEAVEN! PERFECT FILLING TO PASTRY RATIO, I DIDNT EVEN ADD TOMATO SAUCE BECAUSE THE PIES WAS PERFECT!! - Thats saying something because pies and tomato sauce are like... meant for each other. But honestly, the pie was perfection on its own! Now my g.. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE DOUGHNUT.... The softest, freshest, melt in your mouth dough... the cream.. perfect sweetness.. perfect creaminess.. THE TOPPINGS... stunning... Every time I visit Rotorua you bet I'll be making a stop here!
