I notice they don’t typically respond to any negativity. Anyway, I had a blizzard from here & it had to be the worst ever. It had very little candy in it. My wife had one that was drippy & had very little candy. The crew on the night shift is very unorganized & the customer service is lousy. My daughter had a blizzard & teased the attendant that he didn’t put it upside down. He just looked at her like she was nuts. I can’t understand how customer service has gotten so awful. Infact, normally I would say something but my wife told me to refrain from it. She said state your peace in the comments & we will never go back into their again. I simply couldn’t believe how awful the service truly was. I have been to several other Dairy Queen’s & trust me, this one might be an Appleton original but they are not the best. They don’t care about making the customer satisfied.

Went to get my kids two ice cream cones for free day and the lady in the drive thru was so rude. Said I can’t just expect free ice cream without donating so I ended up paying for them. When I got to the window, she wasn’t even looking at us and quickly handed me the cones. No thank you or anything. Rude! I won’t be going back to this location. Edit to your response: No, I didn’t even get a dipped cone. I just wanted plain vanilla ice cream with plans to donate something. She didn’t even tell me I could get it dipped for $1. I ended up paying more than that for 2 plain vanilla ice creams. For me, it was the attitude she gave me. This was from a previous free cone day. I saw today is another free cone day event and it reminded me to not participate at your location again.

So sorry to hear this! Were you looking for our dip it for the kids offer for just $1? We do offer a free small vanilla cone on free cone day with a suggested donation to benefit Children's Hospital which is near and dear to our team. Just letting you know that we were not open 4 hours ago!
