Our food sat on the counter forever, I went up to see what the delay was and they had put something in the microwave, sure enough out comes the gravy for my tender basket- styrofoam in the microwave- big no no. Then when I complained a.snotty teen behind the counter threw up his hands like "Annnd". They said that is how they are trained. Wrong food on tray, not.what I ordered, cold and old... Seriously disappointing even for fast food. For $30 on food of any kind, I expect better... And for just being decent humans, I always expect better because it costs nothing... Their parents failed...

This is all the same kid in one visit....
playing in his hair next to fudge warmer machine, eating ice cream in the food prep area, playing on phone near register, energy drink next to topping thing, chewing on a long straw, bagging food, yummy! this is where I take my kids for a treatment I won't be back. Management should really evaluate their employees because I could seriously continue as I'm watching all this.

3 days, 3 days I was home with what appeared to be food poisoning. First night back at work a co worker offered to get me ice cream from Dairy Queen. I said "yes! I would love a mint chocolate chip blizzard!" It will make this week suck just a little less. I said you fly I'll buy and off he went for him, me, and another coworker. Comes back...his is good. Hers is good. Mine is some damn buttefinger thing. I look at the receipt and sure as shit is says a mint chocolate chip was rang in. And then after several calls with no answer I have to wonder what kind of training (if any) is offered at this Dairy Queen. Because I don't care who the hell you are, if you read a mint chocolate chip was rang in and you make something with butterfinger in it....you are incompetent and I'm not even sure you should be allowed to wipe your own butt.
