I placed an order for pick up on grubhub at 11am. It says to pick up at 11:20/30. I get there at 11:26am, the door is open but the place is dark. Their worker had no idea where their boss/ manager was. He had no idea what was going on. On grubhub it says they open at 11am and on Google it says the same thing as well. I called the store later on, the lady picks up and says they are open at 11:30. I told her I was there at 11:30 and as the conversation goes she says she was running late today. She kept lying about the store hours and saying she doesn’t see my order, but she knew what my exact order was. Very unprofessional and very disappointed because I enjoyed their food. But very unreliable. Service: 1

I happened by Dalgoona Bowl by happenstance, but will be making their delicious bowls and kimbap a regular stop! The flavors and textures in the Egglicious and Raging bowls are thoughtful and diverse. Portions are incredibly generous. And the kimchi! Wow! Great team behind the counter, too. A gem. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
