Fantastic meal at Dalia! We enjoyed it so much that we already booked our next reservation. The sangrias were excellent, the paella was one of the best we've had, and the churros with caviar were absolutely divine. We also loved the croquetas de jamón. The vibes and atmosphere were on point. The only dish we'd skip next time was the patatas bravas. Can't wait to come back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you go to Dalia, get ready for them to completely ruin every other dining experience for you. They set the bar so unbelievably high that the next time you go out to eat, you’ll find yourself chasing the “Dalia experience.” I celebrated my birthday there, and from the second we walked in, it was pure magic. The hospitality, the choreography of the dining room, the energy of the open kitchen everything felt intentional, elegant, and alive. We started our evening with the incredible wine director Tim from Roslindale, who was absolutely outstanding. Warm, knowledgeable, charismatic, and genuinely passionate about wine and hospitality. He recommended us a beautiful bottle that paired perfectly with the entire experience, and honestly, talking wine with him felt like catching up with an old friend. Nicole, our waitress, was an absolute delight — attentive, polished, warm, and effortlessly professional. But one of my favorite moments of the night was simply sitting there watching Angelica and the kitchen team. Seeing the tapas come flying out of the kitchen in perfect synchronization felt like watching a beautiful ballet. Every movement was smooth, precise, graceful, and intentional. I actually had to stop and tell her how stunning it was to witness. That level of teamwork and execution is rare. We were also seated right across from Nate at the sushi station, and wow — his professionalism, personality, touch, and hospitality were everything. Watching him work was part of the experience itself. The executive chef, Nicholas Dixon, even came by and sent over anchovies that were absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. Some standout dishes from the night: - The grilled octopus — stunning. - The tuna — incredibly fresh and beautifully balanced. - The patatas bravas — easily some of the best I’ve had. - The anchovies — simple, elegant, unforgettable. Every plate that hit the table was thoughtful, vibrant, and full of soul. Dalia isn’t just a restaurant — it’s theater, hospitality, artistry, and passion all wrapped into one unforgettable experience. Thank you to every single person who made my birthday feel so special. Boston officially has one of the hottest dining destinations in the city. Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dalia is easily one of the most beautiful restaurants in Boston — the design and atmosphere are absolutely stunning and unlike anywhere else in the city. Every detail of the space feels so thoughtfully curated, making the entire experience feel elevated from the moment you walk in. The food was equally impressive. We ordered a variety of tapas-style dishes and every single one was delicious. Perfect spot for sharing plates, trying a little bit of everything, and enjoying a long dinner experience with friends. There are still so many dishes I want to come back and try. Highly recommend for both the ambiance and the food. I also shared photos and videos from my experience on Instagram! @WhatsNicEating Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
