Ordered an iced americano and it was just a splash of cold brew with water. The cold brew didn’t even taste fresh. A true americano should be a fresh espresso shot poured over ice, not cold brew.

Hi Connor. Thanks for your patience on a response. There are various ways to make iced Americano’s we use our Idris Espresso made in small batch and chilled. It is full strength of a double espresso without the dilution of pouring the hot espresso over ice and into cold water. While I will make one for myself and taste test, can I ask what size you ordered and i will make the same. Thank you for your feedback and I will work to insure our drinks are flavorful. Scot.
