So we have to live with the fact that a homemade sauce that has been boiled down for 2 hours with organic red wine, eternally caramelized onions, expensive green pepper, high-quality organic Black Angus steak and species-appropriately raised free-range duck from the neighboring region of MV, hand-planed Brussels sprouts and carrots from the garden, elaborately filleted tangerines…were portrayed as unsuccessful. And we are bitterly denied the possibility of covering costs such as electricity, storage, water, materials, personnel, telephone, Gema, music, card fees, product costs, expenses, delivery and travel costs, heating and wood costs, insurance and liabilities in the 6-figure range. We know that we cannot meet everyone's taste; people's views and preferences are too diverse. But we have neither experienced nor deserved such an insult to our abilities.
