We had Dat Jerk Crofton cater our wedding last weekend and it was phenomenal. We had a full Caribbean spread of Curry Chicken, Honey Jerk Salmon, Oxtails, Rice and Peas, Plantains, Mac and Cheese, Salad, Coco Bread, and Roti. All of the food was delicious and fueled the party perfectly. For the cocktail hour we served their beef and spinach patties, which were a hit as well. The food was amazing but the customer service was exceptional - from initially reaching out, to choosing menu items, to figuring out the catering plan - Mary and the Crofton team were prompt, kind, and helpful. As a Caribbean girl I felt right at home working with them and enjoying all the food, I fully recommend them for your next event! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Alot of my family is pescatarian and enjoyed the honey jerk salmon.

My family and I love Jamaican food and we like to try new restaurants. We were in Crofton so we decided to stop by Dat Jerk. I ordered jerk, brown stew and curry chicken. The service was awesome, the staff was very welcoming. We got home and tried the food and was very disappointed. It was a salt bomb; everything was over salted and nothing tasted authentic. The chicken patty and the potato salad were delicious. Everything else was a let down, its a 4 out of 10 at best! Dat Jerk is the Taco Bell of Jamaican food. Again, the service was great; I felt welcomed and appreciated, but the food needs help and adding more salt aint the answer. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I would give them s 5 all around, but the handicapped accessibility is not very good. The door is extremely hard to open. It warns you on the door. But food was good. I had the oxtails but will always remember the door being extremely hard to open. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
